How to load directly into the tutorial?

I'm trying to figure out how to get my characters to load directly into the tutorial instead of loading directly into the nexus.

This appears to be a setting associated with the account but I'm not sure where it's kept.

Does anyone know how to reset it?

If client, I have no idea.

If Broswer, right click and click "Flash Settings", then remove your data

Well, you can achieve that with RealmRelay (i think).
But that would be practical only if you were making a bot? (are you?)

Its doable in the client and the .SOL file. Curious, what on earth is this for? Can't fathom a practical use for this since I did the exact opposite of what you're trying to do for one of my projects, but I can give you the line #'s / code to make it happen if you can't find it. Just such an odd request haha.

Yea, you can vault from anywhere. Not sure about a /vault command, but I have my vault binded to V so anytime I need to vault I just press that instead of going to Nexus and finding the portal lol.
