Go on a Carb diet and do lots of Cardio.

Also don't forget about going to the weight room and building some muscle.

Dont eat bread, dont drink juices only home made from apples, bananas, cherry's and so on.
Run a bit as much as you can, do squats ALOT squats, your legs burn 4 times fat then any your abs. Train in the morning thats best time to do it and most effective!

Training in the morning is a rumor. Full body workouts are better than just workout legs/abs/any body part. Eat your food in a caloric deficient with at 2:2:3 as carbs, fats, and protein. One day a week double the calories to keep your metabolism from slowing down.

    1. Don't ask the fat fucks from mpgh for fitness advice.2. Some fat fuck said to not eat fats which is wrong, the only fat you want to stay away from is transfat. Mono and poly are great and help give you all the micro nutrients you're going to need now that your going to be working out.3. You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat and keep muscle. aka wihout going into a speeal of counting macros, you want increase your protien and water intake. Drop your carb intake. Slowly do that till you hit your desired weight/astetic look (that not taking into account your a noob lifter).Do do to much cardio cause 1. you wont have energy to build muscle 2. Your only empowering the muscle of your heart which is super great and all but said you wanted abs. So do quick 10 minutes HITT (high agility/speed) cardio sesion twice a day. Don't be a bitch and walk, thats not doing shit for nobody. Sure if you want to generally be healthy it ok to walk for days on end, but you want to push your body to the extreme and u want a fucking six pack. HITT cardio...look it up.
