Learning to hack without a single bit of knowledge of programming? Not a good idea. You won't understand anything when it comes to making hacks. All you'll be doing is asking @COD3RIN a bunch of questions but you'll have no idea what he's talking about.

Learn how to program first. Start off with something easy like Python. Go online and learn tutorials. Be familiar with the concepts, fundamentals, and the fruits of programming. After that learn some other object oriented programming languages like C++, VB, Java, etc.

Also learning a programming language does not take a few minutes, an hour, or a day. You need time to learn the fundamentals of programming. Take a month or two in learning Python, learning how to program complex programs. Then move onto other programming languages.
