Yeah. You should backup your system32 folder and then remove it to clean your GMod Installation. You can delete the lua/ folder, since the last update, all the scripts goes on system32.

Edit: Reinstall didn't remove them.

Well all your lua hacks are pasted in there... If you remove something permanently it's kinda gone permanently. Back it up, make a copy of it on your desktop.

I'm trying to clear my lua folder of hacks. I don't hack anymore and i was threatened to be banned from my favorite server if i don't remove the files.

Just manually go into your lua folder and delete the .lua files?

just go in and copy the folders and leave it aside and put them back in once you install in

Just don't run the scripts, if they did infact know you had lua hacks unless they are scanning your gmod files then how else are they going to know if you've deleted them or not?

every file that isnt original u pasted in the gmod forlder and delet the game trough steam that shit will still be there
