    i have a problem

    have a friend that says he gets this error...

    "TNT Hack.dll
    You don't have permission to open this file.

    Contact the file owner or an administrator to obtain permission."

    he says that he has had this problem for 6 months and he has done everything he can find.

    WHAT OS: Vista32
    WHAT SP: SP 1
    WHAT CA SETTING: None (default)
    WHAT ERROR MESSAGE: as above.....

    UAC has been tried on and off...

    any ideas?

    run PerX as admin, make a new admin account, re download and re extract the hack
