Yes, you can play ALL games (Multiplayer & Singleplayer) without any problems.

You need to be able to give the buyer e-mail access otherwise these are considered stolen accounts which someone could recover at any point in time

All are set on my personal emails, I can provide proof of emails but not access. Stolen accounts wouldn't get restricted/tradebanned for no reason.

The emails these are set on are not the original email (1st account mail) so they're worthless anyway.
