I highly doubt it was your first ban, they usually give a temp for your first offense in spamming.

He's right, it's the best you can do. Even if you're ban is permanent, make sure to send in a ticket(ban appeal), they might take a look at your account and the reasons they banned it.
BTW, I find that very unlikely, are you sure you didn't use any hacks, (VIP or Public, like Co-op Helper by Jabberwo0ck)?.
GM's can enter on lobbies, even if they are password protected, and spectate you without you even knowing it.

Still pretty easy. Make a DB Script that checks the Delay between kills and calculate the average value. Its verry unlikely that a legit player constantly has 20 kills per second.

Why the fuck would you spam at all? People like you make the capsule shop an unwelcome place for everyone but other spammers.

Also, I hacked Euro at that time, not Battle Points. Why would I need to reduce the cost of caps if I already had 129 billion in-game Euros? Back-pack upgrades? Why would I want those? I had Godmode, OPK, and type-to-kill. LOL, at that time, I ruled the game. Heck, I even took out their servers 2-3 times around that point.
