Paypals the fucking devil Id never use my debit card and or bank account on it on prepaid cards I cant transfer 1k and i get my account frozen for fucks sake

Alright, I'll offer a real response. Paypal caught me in a bind once before. I had sold a laptop on my old Paypal account, the account was linked to an old bank account which was no longer used. I withdrew the funds and used them, about a month after I received about a $30.00 fee from Ebay which overdrew my BANK account. At the time I didn't notice. I got a letter from my old bank 4 months later letting me know that I had about $250.00 in fees tacked onto my account now and that it would default in about a week. My debt got sold to a debt collector or something (I was never contacted), and I never paid back my bank. This all happened when I was about 16. I won't lie, it took some work to get my credit out of the shitter. I have a 720 credit score now. (It's not amazing, but I don't need a better one at the moment, I have plenty of open credit)

So pretty much, if I don't pay my negative balance, it will affect my credit score? This shit is stupid, especially for $36 -.-

They take the money out of your bank account, in this case, your debit card. If you debit card doesn't have any funds in it to pay for the fee, PayPal will constantly charge you a "late fee" until the money is paid. I once owed PayPal $7. Within a month, that $7 turned to $100 something. So, pay the money asap.

yea they send debt collectors and have you also pay the costs for hiring the debt collector.

So I lost a claim of $18, and I was also charged a fee of $18 to settle the claim, which is fucking stupid. I'm so mad right now, and I'm planning on never using PayPal ever again.So I have a question, and I'm hoping at least one of you know the answer to this.What happens if I don't pay Paypal my negative balance of -$36? I know I can't use their service (sending money and such) until I pay them back, but other than that, what will happen? I know they won't take it out of my debit card since that would be an unauthorized charge. So what will they do? Get debt collectors on my ass over $36? Thanks.

Not really much they can do besides disable your account, Anything else they could possibly due is considered illegal. I think.

You should be able to win the dispute as long as you provided a clear TOS get onto the phone and call paypal it works way better then going through the appeal process

EDIT: PayPal's site says "We have reviewed the case. Because you have not met Seller Protection performance requirements , the transaction will be reversed. The case is now closed." Does this mean that no matter what, I can't win?

2. They could actually charge your card, doubt it though
3. It most likely won't affect your credit score
4. If you call you still won't win
5. New PayPal, New Bank, New IP, New Address. Nothing similar other than name. If you put your SSN on the old one, you're fucked if you try on the new one.
