High RANK account /must have fair amount of perms/prefer perm speed gear

Here is what I am looking for

-Clean account/legit and original owner of acc

-High rank account

-LOTS of perms (no less than 30/35+ is a great number to start) and preferably perm speed gear or spec or merc (negotiable)

-decent amount of gp

-inbox items depends on what you have in there.

Ok now that is out of the way....

Transaction through middle man only I will not do it even if you want to go first! no excuses! Also I will video entire transaction.
I am a fair and stand up guy if your account is good ill buy it at a good price but I do not and will not appreciate shady behavior at all.
Do not bother even posting in here if you know that your account doesnt meet above criteria i have outlined.
