Ummm would be useful if you said what the skins are (posting images from elophant or something) cos, to me atm, this is just a bronze ranked account.
idrc about 'ALL champs' because ppl only play a select few; not that much of a bonus although it is still nice to have.

Lots of legacy/high price/limited time only skins.
Stuff like that adds to an account's value.
I'm no account price expert though so you propably know more.

I might have said that in the past, however we just had a release of the entire legacy vault as well as halloween/christmas skins. Basically, its not that rare anymore.
Maybe if the account had a Pax, Riot or other rare skin(e.g human ryze etc.) I would label it with a higher price.

I myself bought every single legacy/christmas/halloween skin, bringing my skin count to 101 with a collection score (on elophant) to near 2 million. Yet I don't expect much for the account based on my skins (although they do add at least some worth to it, but not as much as you are suggesting).
