I made them after the ban, but like i said i dont recall seeing a rule against remaking accounts, if you can prove thats a rule, please dont hesitate to do so.

Edit: I suppose that where it says Rules are subject to change in the TOS is a valid place for that rule but you have to give a certain amount of times.
