Nothing too interesting this time out, so just practiced some composition.

The first one is very nice. Composition-wise, and the depth and background are both great.

But the tree in the front, the focus of the photo I would like to see a little lighter. Because as the main point of attention it should stand out a little more.

The other two I'm not a big fan of, especially the second one. It just doesn't even really look like a photo, but more of a painting. The only reason I say this, are because most of the objects in the photo are hard to make out, and seem LQ. And more so the leaves/bushes following the road all the way down. I don't know if that was the desired effect, but it just looks bad to me.

Keep it up aswell, I love looking at photography.

I really like what I think you saw for the first one. I would encourage you to go back and take a shot from close to the base of the tree pointing up at an angle, especially if you're using the kit lens. Even 18mm will get you a nice result.

You don't have to worry about the tree on the right intruding on the foreground that way.
