Change the password from another device for example his phone that way the 'controller' can't see the pw if there's a key logger etc.

I remember one of my friends computers had this before aswell. If u have Notepad open and have it selected it is gonna paste it in ur Notepad =p it has nothing to do with ur skype. u gotta run a AntiVirus Scan. Or they changed the way to send stuff and actually log in to your skype account.

It could either be somebody logged on your skype or what i would rather think is that you have a trojan on your pc. Av scan and if no success re install.
