Steam account for Giftcode (not premade) also a question =)

I have a Steam account with Garry's Mod and the Valve Pack I'd like to trade for a Giftcode. That's like $60 or some such.

I don't really post much here on MPGH, don't really see a need to. If I have a question pretty simple to find an answer. No need to ask it. I do however would like to know why accounts sell for so cheap when the game itself cost like $27 US. Why are ppl selling so cheap?
