Most are done via Programs on a computer, but if a ISP supports that, Espesialy BigPond(Telstra) Australia will be fucked and ill pack my computer up and run to america as fast as i can.

I belive he's going to make it compulsory for ISP to implement a filter otherwise they'll get shut down.

And fibre optics is useless anyways, as the speed offered will be bottlenecked by routers and computers. I saw it on Catalyst last week.

Telstra didn't even want the plan anyway. They didn't made a valid request. Personally I want fast internet for cheap prices. Even South Korea has faster internet (Best in the world) at 70-megabits per second!

Before we upgrade we need adsl2+ to be readily available first. in sydney west you can only obtain adsl2+ through bigpond, id rather not pay 100 a month for 5gb of download.

TPG is better (80gb for 50 bucks) and AAPT is good (20gb peak Unlimited offpeak) Fucking Optus is ripping me off for internet they know I'll want to keep the email

lmao, I have Adsl2+ and it runs at 20 Mb/s for downloading and 0.81 Mb/s for uploading, I have 25GB Bandwidth for a month, once runs out it goes down to like 0.5 Mb/s (fuck slow) till the month restarts and it costs me $99 on Bigpond a month, But i normaly only reach 19GB Bandwidth a month...
