    I think it's because they are running the server off 56k modem... (yes, was a terrible joke). Horribly slow more times than not.
    Be careful, stray too far from the pack and you'll get lost.

    They probably have made server reboot and all those caches are rebuilding. Or maybe RAID matrix is rebuilding after disc replace. When website loads for very long and than it displays in an instant it usually means that HDD is the bottleneck.
