Is it still possible to have a 3rd attachment without having the 3rd attachment perk on?

I was fooling with numerous values, and none of them changed the 3rd attachment.

Nope, i got the 3th attachment on , but once in a game it just got removed.. Its the same thing that is preventing all the perks.

the same problem, works until first death and after it weapon return to "factory" version without modules and camo

I remember a tool for MW3 that give you opportunity to add 3d attachment to your weapon, but can't find it to ask author how he did it

try to find how game call .csv table. Have you decrypted all .ff file? or at least mp.ff and pacht_mp.ff file?
