Okay got it to work and no FPS still drops for me.
It's an improvement over the previous version definitely. The fps drop isn't as bad but is still there. It's definitely more playable now. The strange thing is that the FPS drops don't show up on the game FPS counter but are still apparent. Also there seems to be kind of a weird input lag every now and then regarding the mouse. I am running 1920 x 1080 borderless with medium/low settings. Also something to note I have DX11 settings turned off in BF4 and am running in DX9.

I run low settings to accommodate for the hack and also I use them for better vision from a competitive standpoint. I always sacrifice visual quality to be able to see people/objects better in games. Things like HDR/Motion Blur/HBAO/Anti-Aliasing are just eye candy and sacrificing those things will result in better gameplay.

I, too, am getting error 0xc000007b.
Are you serious right now ? You are complaining 'cause you got 127 FPS ? ...
I'm experiencing lags without the hack. Really, this update broke something in the game, it's really more laggy for me. @Gamerdog6482 did it work good for you ?It's an improvement over the previous version definitely. Try this solution then, it should work great if you've DirectX installed and the 2010 redistribuable ...PeterDepet : I got a solution, but i can't post link so google: msvcp120d.dll missing and the second one (the ****** link) works!
Download the files from drop.box and copy the missing ones to C:\Windows\System32\ and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
And don't forget to make backups!
When I reinstall the microsoft visual c++ it says I already have it installed...
