i have took ban for ever and i cant use it how i can speak with gm to explain that i wasnt me and another guy steal my acc and do more hacks and he get ban for ever plss help me important!!

Submit a ticket. Although, for most cases like this, they won't unban you. Also, if you are speaking to Nexon America, I highly suggest you get someone else with better English to talk to them.

Well if they banned you then you must've done something wrong, if not, submit a ticket and make sure you whine and cry about it.

2. Click on Get Support
3. Click on Submit a ticket
4. Explain your situation but if you have any friends with better english skills ask them to do it for you or get a trusted member from mpgh to teamview.
