Yeah, I doubt it. You can tell on the last page it's not Karin or Ino. So who else has medical knowledge? Kabuto. You see the "mysterious figure" is bare-footed so that means it can't be any of the medical ninjas that's fighting on their side. The uzumaki are an almost extinct clan the only ones that we know that are from it that are still alive are naruto and Karin and maybe only females can use the chain I mean pein was from the uzumaki clan but never used it
