Nemexisops error Help Please!!!!!

Hi Guys ive played nemexisops for sometime now And i get a error saying "The application was unable to start correctly (oxcooooo7b). Click Ok to close the application" and i try Updating it and something called Steampro.de come's up with another black ops version

EDIT+1: It say i have a new version of c++ installed Which i Do anything else?

Still get the error Bro

EDIT+2: I Deleted Black Ops NemOps and redownload via torrent now installing and going to nemexisops Website to download the Release Rar
