Real life virus sickness

So I'm hoping some people can give me suggestions on what to do. I've looked this up for a couple of hours and I can't seem to find any answers on what to do.

So yesterday I went and ate at a new sushi train place and afterwards it felt like my throat got a bit swollen, but I let it go because it wasn't that bad.

Then this morning I woke up all nauseated and my head hurts when I watch TV, it's like I get some sort of motion sickness from watching TV.

Either way, best thing to do is go to your local clinic.

Thanks to everyone who said it was food poisoning, because it turns out it was. They think I'm allergic to a pink desert they serve, sorry I have no clue what it's called all I know is that it's pink, looks and feels like a small stress ball and is covered in sugar.

Having food poisoning is a terrible experience, my throat was swollen for days.
My dad and I were eating mushrooms covered in batter in Spain and we both got food poisoning
from it :l
I also got it a few years back eating Chinese food.
