No you don't need to play that much games....IF(if) YOu are hacking....like using vip hacks..then you can achieve that rank just like him/her.... its easy with the hacks ...

Well, there are ppl who care SO MUCH about their kdr when they reached high ranks....For example if you are csm 4 or 5, your kdr should be above 1 and some ppl reached there by playing legit and some ppl cannot...so they started hacking botting hacking botting hacking and then they get banned....
