How to avoid a vac ban [Theory]

Ok so I was reading about the Universal Recoil Reducer, and noticed that vac now picks it up. So I started thinking about how I could make it undetectable. I remember that one time a hacker on a server of mine was using cheat engine, when I asked him why he wasn't banned, he said something about running it in sandboxie.

So, does anyone here know how that works? Can I run programs in sandboxie to avoid a vac ban? And also, how would I do this?

Not possible, because VAC detect memory change so with sandboxie it's the same

WHat you mean by memory change? That a radar hack is a memory change?

Yeah, what do you mean with memory change? I don't even think that the Universal Recoil Reducer changes anything to do with the game, it just modifies your mouse.

Everything can be caught by VAC. Ring0 is by far the most used tool to avoid VAC bans.

Ring0 is the level with the most privileges and interacts most directly with the physical hardware such as the CPU and memory.
