Does attempting to block cheatpunch from sending screenshots to the server possible through adding this in your hosts file?

If that does work is the risk of the hack being detected virtually 0?

You can do it to bypass cheat punch for now , yes. Thats one of many ways

Okay and can VAC detect it? If so are there some hacks that it can detect and some it cant?

EX: Could i just use aimbot and ESP (ill be strategically toggling the aimbot so players dont catch on) and not worry about VAC detecting it?
