Now that they have removed the perm options for most of the guns i think that if you have bought those guns when they were perm they should be worth a lot more now, also those guns are now available for perm but only for ap... so yeah.

a perm para or a fr / dsr should be even more valuable than an euro capsule in my opinion.

An older account that has not been added to recently, will always be worth less than accounts with the Mega Cap Shop weapons. I would say... because of the high rank, it may be worth up $35 US max which is approx £20 GBP. That's just my opinion, and is what I would pay for the account.
