Wait. Can someone please explain to me how to enable the No SS Debuffs and Noclip.

I think they just made a new update. So the hack doesn't work now but hey they are giving out free backpacks

Starting today, 2/20/14, and recurring each day at 12:00pm PST we will unveil the next gift / event. Player Appreciation Events will typically be available for Fame or be 100% Free, and each one will be available for a limited time. There are a total of 10 days of appreciation.

So what does No lip and SS debuff mean?

No clip means you can walk through most walls, and SS debuff means that things like slow, armor break, and various other debuffs like that wont work. Basically you cant get debuffed at all if you have that. Only thing is watch out with the no clip, easy way to distinguish a hacker.

clients dont work right now, do you know why?

There was an update and now the client is outdated. Basically you need to wait until a new one comes out, or this one is hexed. I don't expect no-clip and SS debuffs to come out for a while.
