How to counter Vayne and Blitz at btm

Finally, I know how to counter them. 1stly, we have to pick SIVIR as ADC while for SP is MORGANA.
Seriously, this is gonna be cool..
Morgana q so op to against vayne and Sivir q op too. Its superb burst.
Btw, when Blitz pull Morgana, she just open ulti and use Zhonya.

I would say Sivir and Thresh in my opinion.

if you have zhonyas on morgana support the laning phase is over and you are teamfighting
blitz counters are thresh, leona, morgana, annie
if blitz grabs leona or annie they just get closer to their adc and just kill them
sivir/cait/draven/lucian and so on counter vayne, since they got more early power

You don't have to... you can also pick alistar or taric.
