What improvements would you like to see implemented onto MPGH?

So I've been on MPGH for about ~2 years now and the community is ever growing and there are a huge amount of lovely people. Unique in your own ways.I wanted to make some suggestions to the site itself. I couldn't find a correct section to post this so why not here.

Something new that would be great would be the inbox for one. Instead of messages if it looked like somewhat of a chat log so if someone follows up on a PM it doesn't come as two separate messages but one whole one. Another one would be the "My Mood" option. If there were small boxes near the emotion that allowed the user to see how it looked that'd be great. These are just some suggestions that I'd like to see, but only if @Dave84311 wants to input.

So...what improvements would you like to see implemented onto MPGH?

The ability for managers to promote and demote editors so we don't have to wait for days to make Pikey to do it.

It would not only make managers a much more prestigious and trustworthy position, it would give managers a form of leadership and make it so much easier for them to manage their editor team.

Also, allow me to promote the pharaoh every month because it has YET TO HAPPEN.

A chat plugin where we can have Middleman do trades on MPGH.
This way, no impersonations can happen.

Wasn't there one once? I might be thinking of something different but if I'm right, it made the site lag like hell
