If God created heaven... then what was the point in creating the earth?

If he had the ability to create a perfect world, why not just stick to that world instead of creating this piece of crap?

Well I assume you are talking about Christianity or just the Abrahamic religions in general. In that case, in the bible and the quran the lore is basically that people first lived in heaven(Adam and Eve) but then Adam followed the devil and sinned and so god sent him to earth. If you want to learn more about this story then just look up the adam and eve story. Also this should be moved to debate section, wouldn't want a stupid relgious debate in general.
