    TrueCrypt; best encryption release!

    * Creates a virtual encrypted disk within a file and mounts it as a real disk.

    * Encrypts an entire partition or storage device such as USB flash drive or hard drive.

    * Encrypts a partition or drive where Windows is installed (pre-boot authentication).

    * Encryption is automatic, real-time (on-the-fly) and transparent.

    * Parallelization and pipelining allow data to be read and written as fast as if the drive was not encrypted.

    * Provides plausible deniability, in case an adversary forces you to reveal the password:

Hidden volume (steganography) and hidden operating system.

    * Encryption algorithms: AES-256, Serpent, and Twofish. Mode of operation: XTS.

Further information regarding features of the software may be found in the documentation.

    Shalom!

This freeware will allowed you to create 'driver' storing all files and will not cause any problems. The driver will have two coating of safety, one is the fake driver, if force to open it, it'll show useless files you place in there and the real one hidden. Hidden by a password TrueCrypt will be a program that many of you will love.

    Beginner's Tutorial
How to Create and Use a TrueCrypt Container

    Step 1:

If you have not done so, download and install TrueCrypt. Then launch TrueCrypt by double-clicking the file TrueCrypt.exe or by clicking the TrueCrypt shortcut in your Windows Start menu.

    Step 2:

    TrueCrypt GUI

The main TrueCrypt window should appear. Click Create Volume.

    Step 3:

    TrueCrypt GUI

The TrueCrypt Volume Creation Wizard window should appear.

In this step you need to choose where you wish the TrueCrypt volume to be created. A TrueCrypt volume can reside in a file, which is also called container, in a partition or drive. In this tutorial, we will choose the first option and create a TrueCrypt volume within a file.

As the option is selected by default, you can just click Next.

    Step 4:

    TrueCrypt GUI

In this step you need to choose whether to create a standard or hidden TrueCrypt volume. In this tutorial, we will choose the former option and create a standard TrueCrypt volume.

As the option is selected by default, you can just click Next.

    Step 5:

    TrueCrypt GUI

In this step you have to specify where you wish the TrueCrypt volume (file container) to be created. Note that a TrueCrypt container is just like any normal file. It can be moved, copied and deleted as any normal file. It also needs a filename, which you will choose in the next step.

    Click Select File.

The standard Windows file selector should appear (while the window of the TrueCrypt Volume Creation Wizard remains open in the background).

    Step 6:

    File selector

In this tutorial, we will create our TrueCrypt volume in the folder D:\My Documents\ and the filename of the volume (container) will be My Volume (as can be seen in the screenshot above). You may, of course, choose any other filename and location you like (for example, on a USB memory stick). Note that the file My Volume does not exist yet – TrueCrypt will create it.
IMPORTANT: Note that TrueCrypt will not encrypt any existing files. If you select an existing file, it will be overwritten and replaced by the newly created volume (so the overwritten file will be lost, not encrypted). You will be able to encrypt existing files (later on) by moving them to the TrueCrypt volume that we are creating now.*

Select the desired path (where you wish the container to be created) in the file selector.

Type the desired container filename in the File name box.

    Click Save.

The file selector window should disappear.

More information to use this freeware and make a double safe can be found here: TrueCrypt - Free Open-Source Disk Encryption - Documentation - Tutorial <-----

This one is MUCH better and will protect ALL files and will not damage ANY files!

Download link, proven to be clean, Cnet bad? Pfft. Anyways, a Minion or a mod can edit this link out if they help me upload it.

    Comments, love me, enjoy.

This will be my final release unless I get permission from Whitten to post free games for the users here.

(I know I copy and paste it from their site, I did that sense most of you will just skip it and ask me what the fuck it do anyways.).

    ^^ No

And also all these encryption algorithms has been cracked b4 so I wouldn't be so safe with those... Stops script kiddies but hard core hackers can probably uncrypt that info.
    Any donations would help

    Two things.
I have never heard the term script kiddie used by ANYBODY in this forum or elsewhere until now. (fortunately I know what it means )
The point is hardcore hackers won't need to crack it (most likely) <_<

Too many people are afraid to admit they are a script kiddie here. LOL. Its just an outdated term but yeah. Encrypting info will just protect against:

If someone steals your external HDD/Removable media, the information will be encrypted so they can't steal any sensitive information.

If someone tries to use your computer and tries to open sensitive information without PW it will be encrypted and opening the hard way will be useless.

If you like wasting your time encrypting stuff, re-assuring urself this is gona save your ass one day even though thats a lie.

Keyloggers can also take screenshots every X minuets. Real hackers (not script kiddies) can also hack the encryption beacuse they already been cracked b4. Isn't AES encryption standard in the late 1990s?
    Any donations would help

I'm working out of getting out of that status
Somehow I'm keeping up with whatever I don't understand by looking up tutorials online and at Wikipedia

The AES was created in the 1990s, it a very good coding using a switch method. And no, a hardcore hacker might not be able to use this and a keylogger will not see the password, if you use an antikeylogger I posted here or buy one, they'll get nothing. You can also use a double sided doors, preventing from anyone from forcing their way into the files.

The AES is still use today by the infamous and you know them:National Security Agency - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    The NSA.
