99999/100000 lag deaths are caused by your computer or you internet connection to the the server.
I highly doubt that server lag will ever be an issue.

The only exceptions to this is being in a dungeon while the realm shakes, and loading the upper part of Oryx's castle.

I think there PCs (Computer) are laggy and there was to much enemys for the Computer ....
I think Kabam fixxed some laggs so ....

Rarely when Oryx dies, some of the things he spawns appear on the wc portal. It's rare but I've seen it happen a few times and it usually ends up like that pic. It almost killed me once.

This had nothing to do with lag. There is a bug when the antispectators sometimes stay on the ground when Oryx is killed. I was there.
