You can't get a free Paypal account for free like this, You will need to pay for them before taking it for free and i don't know where to buy the Paypal account, Anyway good luck !

PayPal accounts don't cost money..? They take fees out of processed transactions.. With that said, I still don't think you can get a usable one at your age.

I've had once since i was 13 started making cash online, got like $400 then got limited, attached a savings card 2 it and it was no longer limited still fine to this day
