Running it as admin or not shouldn't make a difference, windows 8.1 auto blocks the program the first time and after accepting it windows will give admin rights anyway to the program, I think you're antivirus is preventing code injection, tried turning your anti virus off before starting the hack and then on after it has been injected?

Let's also not forget the French. A very famous paid cheat website from www.***ch***s.com is all programmed by a French guy.
@cardoow On a side note, thanks for creating this man. I hope you can continue to update it's security for VAC and LAC. Maybe a constant program name changer when opened, even though the program isn't run for long.
