    Help, RoS and paypal

    So yeah, I just wanted to buy RoS deluxe, but apparantly I need a fucking credit card or debit card attached to my paypal, which I don't have and almost nobody haves around here (Belgium). Can I do something to change this? Or can't I do anything and just sit here with nothing because that's stupid to put paypal as option but you need a CC or DC. Anyone care to help me out?

    Then how will I give you the money? I'll be on skype in let's say 7 hours is that alright? It is just that I specially put money on it (well my dad did, my money tho) and he's not very into buying games onlinr so if I'll tell him I'll probably be getting nothing.
