My Galaxy S3 of almost two years just died from that bullshit Sudden Death Syndrome and I'm wondering if the Nexus 5 is any good.

My S3 died too recently
My dad has the Nexus 5 and I really like it. So does he. It's a good phone, really fast.

I don't really want the flagship phones of the bigger companies, Nexus 5 seems just fine.
Money is a great limiter, if I had money I'd just get the Samsung S5.
Seems kinda expensive.
650 in the US or something, probably at least 700 in Australia.
I don't really know what the benefits of a removable battery is.
I have a 32GB SD card on my S3 but won't be usable anymore =(
Yeah main reason I want the Nexus 5.
Well most shows are finished and shit so it's not really gonna be a problem anymore.
I tend to be out a lot which means I don't have access to a plug. A removable battery would allow me to carry a spare one and replace it easily rather than carry one of those external batteries. Also since most phones have lithium-ion batteries, they begin to die after a while. I'm a heavy phone user and I use my phone very often. My battery life currently is absolutely terrible and to replace it would mean I would have to take apart the phone and risk damaging it, or pay someone to do it. Quite annoying.
SD slot is also a must for me as I would like to keep a lot of documents with me all the time. I have photos, musics, videos, movies, and school work I would like to keep stored on my phone as a backup flash drive if you will. Plus, I like the flexibility of removing the card and plugging it into my computer if I need to quickly transfer something although I guess not many people need this option.

The Nexus 5 is pretty great. A good NEW Android device, it fits and reflects its price. I would wait for the Z2 if I were you. I'm planning on getting the N5 tho
hi
inb4 some ****** comes on here and claims iPhones are better.
lol that'd be the day.

The Nexus 5 is some good shit. I picked it up about a 3 months ago and it was worth it. Smooth as butter and good looking. Specs to back up its awesomeness and the god Google owns it so it must be good.
Well I don't even have a phone right now so I can't really wait for anything.
Also it's probably gonna be shit expensive.
Yeah and they usually get updates first.
I'm pretty pissed off that I had a lot of porn videos and gifs/pics that was stored on the phone memory.
