You have to combine them first.

You do realize what a private server is.... Private servers are not so much private in the sense but just a different server than the original. Most private servers are in fact open to the public. I think it is a misnomer now but meh.... These are just private servers files that can be used that he decided to release to everyone

U think the term "private server" is a bit misleading... "Pirated" or "unofficial" would make more sense.

I DON'T think the term ""private server" is a bit misleading...
And I just use terms that others use so that they would understand it.

Everyone knows them as Private Servers, I said to make his Private Server a public server, as in make his Private Server open to others to join.

I'm not saying private server is used to be a server thats private, thats just what they're called. And to make his server public. Which is why I didn't capitalize, "public server", but I did to, "Private Server".

My server is still in developement, so after its done i might open it.

I'm sorry, but what do you do with these files? Are they used to make your own private server, or what? Sorry for my lack of insight and intelligence...
