Okay, couple points on this. First, if it actually is real, which it isn't, then it would be so illegal you could get decades in prison. Normally I don't even have a problem doing stuff that it isn't too blackhat (hi NSA), but that's just ridiculous. Also, if you could actually get into someone's Paypal account easily, you wouldn't be selling it here, and you sure as fuck wouldn't be selling it for just $35. Or even just $500. Basically, everything about this smells like bullshit.
