Really no use to build your own pc at this point with this amount of money because you will see no improvement whatsoever in fps anymore after going over $2.3k.

With that you could probably get 6 monitors at 4K with 30" at each monitor.
Personally, any computer build going after about $3000, is just useless.

You're going to end up overpaying for each and every part, which works as well as there generic consumer priced parts.
But you have the money, I guess you should just go for it.

Personally, if you have a large room I would just build multiple $5000 PC's with 4K monitors and have very fun LAN parties.
