    From 2nd of April through till 9th of April, you can now send Legendary weapon through the mail system to ANY character in the same server. For those of you who would like to buy a legendary weapon from sellers on MPGH forums.

    I'm pretty sure they have now made it permanent like before. I don't know why they removed that option before.

    No, currently u can only send legendaries to characters within your account and server. Back then (during that event) you can send it to any character on a specific server.
