Itou had to choose between 2 girls: Sekai or Kotonha. And he ends up choosing his first girlfriend Kotonha... But Sekai gets pissed as fuck and made up that she was pregnant and ends up killing Itou with a knife.

Kotonha discovers it at Itou's home and decides to kill Sekai. So she text-messages her to come to the roof where they used to lunch, Sekai responds and comes to the roof and Kotonha shows Sekai Itou's head/body (It was in a small bag, you couldn't see what part it was).

Then she slits her throat and slices her body open to check if she made the baby up or not (She made it up)...

Then there is a black screen and a few seconds later you see Kotonha on a yacht, clamping on to Itou's head and she says: Finally we're together... Just us two.

Sekai and Kotonha were such sweet, caring and quiet girls.

Elfen Lied (Weird anime.. I FUCKING LOVE IT) Is also good, yet a bit touchy for some people....

And if you like ecchi anime my favorite is Love Love, It has a good ending (SUPER GOOD)..
