This new rule will hopefully prevent Fake and Self Vouch.

The Voucher must meet the requirements for the vouch to be considered Valid.

Requirements:
- Must be older than 3 months
- Must have at least 20 posts
- Must be active in the forums

If these requirements are not met, the vouch will be deleted.

Okay heres the histroy people. He wanted to buy account from me. Then I accepted him. He said he already paid me through paypal and asked me to wait 12-24 hours. He did gave me a screenshot of his paypal. So I trust him and sended him the account he wanted. I wait until now. It has been 19 hours now. I just found out that the screenshot he gave me looks like an edited image. My paypal balance is also not increase. Now my patient is over, I temporarily take my account back.
So he cant access it until it really is 24 hour. Now I am waiting for 5 hours, If the money doesnt come up, then he is the one that scams me. Let us see
