Scripts do not get you global banned. Injectors/executors do.
So I wanna know, I make scripts and I need to find a way to test em in Battleye conditions without getting banned, so how would you guys know if a script is bannable without acually executing the script itself, too risky of getting banned and dont wanna buy a new key....?

How does one go about that? Any recommendations?
You will need a bypass.
Basically, you can just make a menu and run it with CE but it's very easy to detect it.
