I have a f@^#$!$ problem and some help would be really handy. I try to start AVA from both Aeria Ignitie and NWLZLauncher and when i press Game Start the window to enter my email and pass pops out BUT as long as i press the game start button ava starts without being able to enter my information. As always im sorry for my english.

Clean your PC with Cleaner and then reboot it to dump the memory. Find the NWZ launcher and do a desktop shortcut. If that fails, come to Skype dude, and I'll Teamview for you to see if i can help.

mmm... log in with internet explorer, or right click on NWLZLauncher, properties, compatibility, execute with windows 2000, apply, ok.

is the log in blank(white screen)?

Go to the proprieties of:

NWZLauncher.exe
NWZPatcher.exe
NWZPatcherSelf.exe
NWZPatcherUpdate.exe
AVA.exe (in binaries folder)

and check "run at administrator"

all wrong on this you have to reset internet explorer to its default settings then problem solved

Reset your internet browser setting to default and use Google Chrome
