What were you banned for? If it was for botting/hacking/cheating, you can unban yourself using this:

Other than that, your only option is to moan to AE

...I don't remember you saying that you had been banned more than once before. Go complain to AE but they rarely listen :/
If it were possible to make an 'un-banner', then it would have been done a long time ago
