    Quick question.

    It is possible to spoof sv_allowdownload/sv_allow.upload(don't mind the .), right? Someone not too long ago said something about the INetChannel, but another person told me that the INetChannel was broken. So as you can see, I don't really see how I'd get it to work if it were to be broken. But if I were to be able to spoof those cvars, then I wouldn't even need the INetChannel thing, right? So, is it possible to spoof those, and if not then is the INetChannel broken?
