    Spam a message after a hotkey is pressed (you choose), for a defined amount (you choose), bypasses the anti-spam measures by adding a random number at the start followed by your message (you choose).

    Flames about n00bs getting muted permanently? Not my problem. The program does try to stop the 1 min mute...
