ICY is still working quite well. It has healthbar and skeleton ESP, you don't need to use the 1 shot kill and recoil. Also, don't use snap, it's not aiming at who you want to aim at.

Not sure if it will help, but try closing any programs that would cause an overlay on the game. (Like Fraps, or other recording programs) And also, when you press shift tab in game the origin menu pops up, theres a way to turn it off in settings not too sure how but i did it once. Good luck.
