scammed me for 20$ don't deal with him his refund policy is a BS WATCH OUT his methods is suspicious and got my account even worth to the point they removed any related proofs i got from him and swept my account in far worth situation

I provide document as per his demand after uploading that doc Paypal accepted that doc and want more proofs to confirm that this is valid account but he blame me that paypal refuse my doc if paypal refused then paypal must show this message "Information Received - Not Accepted" or like this your document received but not legit please reupload but there is no message like this but Paypal want some more proofs but he is not understanding and show me bad behaviour
Kindly mods take action against this user please
