After asking some questions, it turns out that people will have to DL something on the link in order to get paid (According to him, 0.25$ per DL). Plus OP said that it's auto-payment every 15 of the month.

Last thing, he gave me this link perinstallbucks.com telling me that it was his site. Though, even if this site doesnt look legit, it still offers you 1.25$ per DL.

Either a scam or he is just trying to get 80% of your winning from the site.
